Me compre un GPS en Ebay UK.
No me pregunten como pero aun con un envio delirante de 50 pounds (100 dolares) resultaba mas barato que comprarlo en USA.
Cuando lo recibo veo que el paquete dice en el matasello 15 pounds. O sea que me cagaron 35 pounds (70 dolares).
Les mande mensaje A TRAVES DE EBAY para que quede registrado diciendo que esperaba me reintegren la parte que no usaron de los 50 pounds.

Hi I received the GPS, everything works ok BUT before I post feedback I would like to know: how can It be that I payed 50 Pounds for shipping and the package says it only cost 15 Pounds? Was it just an estimate and you will refund me via paypal what you didnt need in shipping cost? Also I called to the shop before paying because I found the shipping a bit expensive and was told that the package will show 50 pounds shipping. So I think this must have been a mistake.
Please clarify so we can move to feedback

In this £50 was insurance against loss
You had the option not to pay this and by paying you were confirming you were happy with this charge
We have also had the bill and been charged vat you have not
If negative feedback left then we will have no option but to leave you negative feedback

You are threatening to post negative feedback but you dont have nothing negative to say about me. I’m just dissatisfied with the difference between 50 and 15 pounds. I payed it because I thought that was your cost, when I realize it’s not, I think is not fair, just that. I don’t see the insurance printed in any place. The seal just says 15. Please clarify this.

en sintesis en todos lados hay chorros, igual que el chapista que me prometio el auto para ayer y recien me lo entregara manana o el pelotudo del aire acondicionado que anteayer se disculpo por desaparecer 15 dias y prometio estar ahi antes del mediodia, no vino ni llamo.
Asi estamos

the stamp value includes basic insurance of £30 we have to pay the rest for insurance agaist loss or damage we did not make you pay we were happy to cancel sale it was your choice

Please read the Ebay policies regarding abusive shipping costs. All the posts passed thru ebay so if you prefer we may consult them about these matter.
I was happy to pay because I understand that was the real cost, the problem is not the sum but to realize the difference between what I payed for postage and how much that really costed. If you show me a receipt that tells that the total cost of the shipment was near 50 pounds I’ll gladly apologize and post positive feedback.
